Frequently asked questions

Is GolfN an authorized L.A.B. Golf dealer?

Yes. GolfN Pro Shop is an authorized L.A.B. Golf dealer. This is a real OZ.1.

Warranty is L.A.B. Golf's standard warranty. Same promise L.A.B. makes on their own site.

Do I get 5% back in GolfN points if I buy this?

Yes. Cash purchase: 5% back paid in points. To earn a putter by playing, start at golfn.com/start.

How long does shipping take?

Plan on 2 to 3 weeks from purchase. That is the lead time on this product. It can move. We will send tracking when L.A.B. ships.

Stock still takes time to leave L.A.B. If you need a different length, grip, or alignment, that is the Custom listing, 4 to 6 weeks, and Custom is not returnable: OZ.1 Custom.

International orders ship from the United States. Duties and import fees can apply. If you do not respond to customs, the shipment can be abandoned and is not refunded. Policy: Shipping policy.

Can I return an OZ.1 Stock?

Yes. This listing is stock. Cash orders: 30 days after delivery, unused, original packaging, proof of purchase. Email proshop@golfn.com first. If we accept it, we send a prepaid label.

OZ.1 Custom is not returnable. Do not order Custom if you want a return path.

Points and partial-points redemptions are not refundable unless GolfN or a partner made a material fulfillment error.

If it arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us when you open the box.

Should I buy it here or earn it through GolfN?

Buy: pay the listed price. You get the OZ.1 Stock and 5% back paid in points. Expect 2 to 3 weeks.

Earn: play, stack points, redeem. Start at golfn.com/start.

Same putter either way. Buy if you want it on a clock. Earn if you want play to pay for it.

What does "Stock" mean? What is included?

Stock means L.A.B.'s most popular build specifications, not the full custom menu. This page does not list length, grip, alignment, or a headcover. We will not invent those specs.

OZ.1 is L.A.B.'s all-aluminum, tour-inspired head. Soft feel. Lie Angle Balance. It is not the OZ.1i (steel face insert) and it is not OZ.1 Custom.

Need a named length, grip, or alignment? Use OZ.1 Custom or email proshop@golfn.com before you order. Custom is not returnable.
